Question: When ever I go out to play sports, (usually basketball). My foot usually hurts. Both my ankle hurts. I can walk. This all began 3 month ago. I stopped playing outside for 2 weeks, and I still have the same problem. The pain usually goes away after 2-3 hours. My foot doesn`t hurt until after I play. . . .
